Having worked in technology across private and nonprofit sectors, I've come to believe that many smaller organizations face challenges using technology in ways that actually support their work.

I'm building my own practice to help smaller organizations navigate those challenges. To inform that work, I'm actively speaking with leaders of small businesses and nonprofits to understand how work actually gets done and where the real friction points are. What I learn will help me determine where my expertise can be most useful.
